In particular the entry 10 Internet Marketing Rules to Live By has a lot of great points, but I wanted to mention one in particular.
Notice how testing is the second rule on the list, essentially testing is just another way of stating continuous improvement and it really is that important to success. Never be satisfied with the status quo, get out there and find ways to test different elements (these are inputs of the IPO diagram or a fishbone diagram) of your business processes to make them achieve consistent positive results.
